The Challenge:

With less than a month before their flagship annual conference, BC Pension Corporation faced a credibility gap. They needed tangible, undeniable proof for trustees and partners that they were actively listening to their members. The mandate was clear: produce a compelling, authentic video featuring real members. The reality was daunting: no script, no pre-arranged participants, no research, and no production resources. They needed more than a vendor; they needed a strategic partner who could move from zero to delivery at speed.

Our Role:
Acting as an extension of their communications team, we owned the entire process to turn an urgent need into a strategic asset.

Strategic Concept & Rapid Development

Within days, we designed an authentic "interview-style" approach to capture genuine member voices, aligning the narrative directly with the conference's strategic goals.

Post-Production & Narrative Crafting

We developed interview questions, sourced and scheduled a diverse range of real pension members and retirees, managed all logistics (including transportation for participants), and executed a full-day professional shoot.

End-to-End Production

In a tight two-week edit, we distilled hours of footage into a concise, impactful narrative. Our edit focused on emotional authenticity and clear messaging, transforming raw interviews into a polished, compelling story.

This critical, time-sensitive project was only possible because of a foundation built over years. Having previously partnered with BC Pension Corporation on their rebrand, internal communications, Trustee Insight Reports, and annual reports, we possessed deep institutional knowledge.
